Return Conditions
We want you to be happy with your purchase! If something’s not quite right, here’s how returns work:

We offer a 14-day period from receiving your order to request a refund or replacement.

To qualify, the item must be defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Please provide clear photos so we can confirm the issue.

For bundles & discounts, if a product is defective, your refund or replacement will reflect any applicable discounts.

Shipping Fees

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Customers are responsible for shipping costs only if the supplier requires a return, which is rare.

How to Request a Refund or Replacement

Email us at sportxequip@gmail.com with your order number, photos of the issue, and a description of the problem. We will review your request and coordinate a refund or replacement through our supplier.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

Contact us immediately at sportxequip@gmail.com if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Once your request is approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method.

Note: We do not accept returns for change of mind or incorrect sizing/color choices.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Banks or credit card companies may take additional time to post the refund.
